Some special events, such as Halloween, also have discounted entry for people who join in & wear costumes or clothes that fit in with the theme - check out the adverts and flyers for full details.

Yes. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron. We also accept American Express cards. You may also get cash back of up to £50 using your debit card. You can use your card at reception or at either the bar on the left on the way into the club or the big bar by the toilets. There is a minimum purchase of £5 when using your card at the bar, and regardless of where you use your card in the club, there is a 70p charge.
To protect your belongings Cruz operates a secure cloakroom system requiring both your initials and a keyring. Both of these are required to retrieve an item from the cloakroom. If you loose your keyring you must wait until the end of the night to reclaim your property. There are no exceptions to this policy.
All items not claimed from the cloakroom will be kept for seven days. After this time they will be donated to Oxfam. If you have left an item at the club please collect it on any night we are open within seven days or call the club to arrange a collection. A ’sweep’ is made of the club at the end of each evening. Any items found will be kept for seven days. For your security, any credit/debit cards found will be kept for 3 days and if not collected will be destroyed.
We are always open from 11pm but we close at different times for different nights and events. Please check out the details for the night or event you are interested in for specific opening times.
On your next visit, if your membership has expired, you will be given the opportunity to either renew it and gain admission at the members price or just pay the guest admission fee.
Don’t worry. Next time you're at the club just ask at reception for a new one.
Yes, we keep all membership details and it is easy for you to renew your membership at reception.
If you want to leave the club after you have come in, for example to go to a cash machine, for something to eat or have a cigarette, you can get a passout band from a member of the guest services team in reception or from the reception counter. Once you have one on you can come and go as you please all night. Remember when you come back to use the red-rope entrance to the right side of the entrance to take advantage of priority queue jump re-admission. Bands cost £1.
